The time to complete your project varies according to the complexity of your needs, our availability and the efficiency of your communication with us. As a reference, provided that we have all the information and content we need from you – a single-page website takes one to three weeks to complete, and brochure and e-commerce websites take two to eight weeks.

Professional and eCommerce plans have access to WordPress and Elementor – an easy-to-use content management system and visual page builder – so you can do unlimited edits yourself.
However, if you are not comfortable doing it or want to save time and stress, these plans also include time for support and help for minor changes, and any additional work will be charged based on the scope and the time it takes us to complete the task.
Basic plans don’t have access to WordPress, so we will provide a quote for any request you need and meet them based on our hourly rate.
Your domain is your business’s online identity, so you should fully control it! If you already have a domain, we can configure it; if you don’t, help register it.
Our monthly plans include hosting via a third party that we control to manage your site better. If you would like to use another hosting, please get in touch to discuss this!
Professional and eCommerce plans include updates, backups, site monitoring, website analytics and allocated time to request minor changes to your website and content. Read about our Maintenance plans.
All our WordPress templates are responsive, meaning they adapt to smaller screens.
We want your new website to be found and seen! We can create graphics and help you write posts to share on social media to reach and engage with your audience. Contact us to discuss these add-ons.

Our monthly plans have a 12-month minimum term requirement to cover initial costs. After this period, it becomes a rolling monthly contract with a reduced fee for the Professional and eCommerce plans according to our Website Maintenance plans prices. Basic plans have no reduction in the price after the initial term and will remain active as long as you continue subscribed to it.
You can cancel your plan after the initial period of 12 months by giving us a 30-day notice. For Professional and eCommerce plans, we will provide you with an export of your website content and database – although we can’t guarantee it will include all plugins or that every functionality and design will work accordingly on another host. Basic plans will be deactivated, and no export will be provided.
